benriner.net does not run its own checkout or warehouse. Every Buy Now button opens the matching product page at our retail partner, and from that point on the order is between you and the partner.

Delivery

Shipping options, costs and dates are calculated at the partner checkout and depend on your location and the delivery speed you pick. Whatever the checkout quotes is what applies; this catalog has no way to change or override it.

Returns and refunds

Returns follow the return policy of the retail partner where you placed the order. Start from your order confirmation or the orders section of your partner account — it generates the return label and shows where the parcel should go.

Please do not mail products to the benriner.net address in Sheridan, WY. It receives letters only, and a returned slicer sent there cannot be refunded or forwarded.
